Pros

The tg 1600 is a workhorse iron. It is extremely convenient. Oliso has the most exceptional customer service.

It irons and steams beautifully. She is a quilter that quilts almost everyday.

You don't have to sit it upright between items, it lifts itself up so your clothes never get scorched. The itouch technology makes ironing while sewing so fast and effortless. I love the option of either setting it down vertically or horizontally.

Cons

This iron is now 2 months old and it has completely malfunctioned. I was sent one that had been refurbished. Customer service is extremely poor! Want to talk to a manager, well the only one you will get to talk with is who ever answers the phone!

Oliso is happy to give me a lesser model right away. I certainly hope they can get a handle on the flaws in this design as i really would love to have an iron that does what this one was supposed to do. Otherwise, this iron is no better than what you ... Read More
