When i set the iron down, the feet lift, as they should, but they will not retract when i pick it up again.

The concept is great when it works. The malfunction is unacceptable for any iron no matter the cost.

This iron isn't what it is cracked up to be. Picture shows broken white plastic sheath.

It discharges all of its water through the soleplate on a random basis. Water spills out all over the place, so you have to carry it to a sink in order to empty it. Spit, drip and leak.
