I found out you can put olapex in your shampoo an conditioner its not as potent and you have to leave it in longer but you have fabulous hair every time you wash your hairshampoo 20 minutes minimum conditioner however long you want but you have to wear a process cap or shower cap keeps the hair moist keeps it from drying outif you use the olaplex 2 and you want to leave it in for an hour put on a process cap or a shower cap great product
