Pros

The handle (*) is long so it makes it great for casting leverage. A very nice lightweight rod.

Rod doesn't disappoint. Eyelets and tip are well-made and not fragile to internal chipping which turned me away from daiwa.

Great price and convenience of being shipped to my front door. Have heard of quite a few breaking prematurely but haven't run into any issues yet. Paired with a penn battle 3 6000 and it feels pretty balanced.

While reeling in the practice plug my line cut at the rod tip. The eyelet is missing and i only had it since may. Lost most my braid cuz bottom eye is all jagged and sharp. Exploded in my hand, graphite splinters, cuts.

Time will tell on durability but after three trips out love it so far paired with the okuma rockaway 8000

Packaging/appearance

What i must really stress on and was really disappointed about was it’s packaging which had nothing inside to protect the rod

So light and durable packaging was not the best but all in one piece

Had bought a 9ft year ago and have caught alot of fish

Always been a diawa guy and ill admit that this rod is super great for casting

I ordered a 2nd rod and it came in missing 18 of the tip
