The okuma ceymar c-10 is an excellent ultralight package that won't break the bank. The rod is a bit stiffer in action than the typical ultra light. The pole is very lightweight and easy to use.

Croix rod. Great rod, terrible packing. This rod is a keeper. There was packing paper to prevent it from bouncing around.

This rod is junk. Okuma warranty wants payment that is equivalent to the price of a brand new rod. Not sure i want to wipe the slate clean.
