I use 4 lbs line and it's great. Casts really well and very sensitive. Perfect with a 2-3000 reel for trout.
Such a fun finesse rod. This is a must take for me when i pack up some rods.

Wow this little ultra lite rod is sweet cant wait to catch a trout on it paired with a okuma safina pro spa 10 n i must say it is probably less then 1 lbs of total weight gonna be a epic fight if i catch a monster trout tyvm amazon n okuma
