Made of oxford fabric coated with polyurethane, which makes it waterproof. Haven't had it long enough to judge the durability.

Okpow parasol cover has a drawstring to tightly protect from the bottom. It's a decent material that should fare well against damp and dust. The drawstring closure is a good addition to effectively seal it up.
