Pros

Dedication is what springs to mind when i think of this faithful employee dutifully sealing bags all day. Different chunk sizes will impart the flavor over time, rather than all at once. No need to add chips when using these chunks.

Louis-style ribs and a 15-pound beef brisket. Great flavor and burn time. It lasts the whole cook and adds a really good flavor.

I use these with cowboy wood lump charcoal on a oj longhorn grill. Worked well adding it to charcoal. I always refill my bucket after smoking so it is ready for next event!

Cons

Extremely disappointed. Bought the wrong wood chips. It is not.

No hint of mesquite flavor, just a woodsy, unappetizing taste. Quality smoking wood requires the correct amount of moisture,otherwise it burns different and too fast.
