Packaging/appearance
I got the cover on and right away it cracked on the side
The unit came in its original packaging and came with all parts and even two the specialty screwdrivers needed for installation
The packaging is very organized and they give you the tools you need including the batteries
Competitiveness
These are my thoughts after a month of usepros easy to install
If you have to take out your phone and do anything more than use your touchid on your iphone then the device fails in its only mission
But even if you dont have your phone or a zwave hub you can still open your door
Fyi i have a kwikset deadbolt and an iphone 5s running os 8

The auto lock only works when it wants to so you have to always stand there to wait and see if it is actually going to lock
