Pros

The darker wicker gets quite hot in the full summer sun in southern states. Material looks and feels premium and leaves overall great impression. The included cover fits well, protects it well, and is easy to put on/off.

Ohana is a great brand and looks so great. My other peices were bought through other companies. The customer service is exemplary. Quality is fantastic.

The cushions are comfortable, the velcro holds them in place, the clips hold the seats together, and there is no assembly. The seating is way more comfortable than my last set that i had to put together. The cushion pads are very nice but stiff.

My fiancé is 6’0 for reference. It is sturdy, comfy, and looks great.

Cons

Furniture is so * that i don't even want it for free. I was forced to do an a-to-z claim through amazon to get the refund. The seller keeps trying to bribe me that they let me keep the furniture for free if i will remove this review.

Yes, this is a lovely set to look at, but that is it. The quality is very poor. It is cheap though. Not easy to clean.

One of the chair legs was damaged during shipping

Like the other reviews mentioned shipping was alot faster than what they quoted me

The packaging insured that no damage during transit was possible

After a rain storm the water just beaded off the cushions

One lumbar pillow is a little off angle but setting a decorative pillow hides the wonkiness
