Pros
Angela's recipes never disappoint. They are all plant based (not just vegan) and typically quite visually appealing with lots of colors. Strongly recommend angela liddon for any plant-leaning, vegetarian or vegan foodie.
Recipes are freezer-friendly, on the glow (translates to keeps well and portable for lunches etc), and ont pot meals.
The buffalo cauliflower tacos are deelish! I make the maple sriracha chickpeas weekly. Maple torte topped with gooey apples.
For those reviews about needing more than one recipe to make a recipe, that usually means you will be making a sauce or pesto, or a parmesan. Lots of components can be made in advance and even frozen for even more convenience for busy nights.
