Pros
It takes patience and dedication but this lady knows her stuff. Ignoring the author's occasional woo tangents, it is very detailed. Her method is very straightforward and she makes no bones about things that have to happen in order to do it right.
Author’s sarcastic tone gets annoying but overall i thought her advice & guidance helpful. Lots of practical advice. We are enthusiastic to continue with this plan.
Cons

Probably a mix of her recently becoming a big sister 4 months prior and still not really loving it, me loosing my mind, and her maybe just not being ready left me super discouraged.

Some other friends recommended this book and after the first chapter i felt like it was going to be too late to try it this way and my previous experience attempting with my daughter messed her up.

I'm not a huge fan of her writing style either but i'm going more for content and technique over style and word choice.
