The metal hanger itself is strong and sturdy however the wall fixings that came with it were poor

Only criticism is the screw that comes with has a cover and a plastic washer designed to hold the cover if you screw right down the rubber bend a bit and the cover wont fit properly

I used plasterboard fixings which were ok tried to use the screws supplied but the plastic washers distorted when the screws were tightened
