Despite a dire warning that came with the cartridges that they might leak they did work ok but you have to cancel the message about non hp cartridges being fitted every time you use the printer

Eventually i ran a thorough head clean and after that it all worked fine

Its compatible but each time i switch on the hp printer the screen displays a message that nonhp ink cartridges are installed

These cartridges work fine in my officejet 6500 printer gives a warning they are not hp cartridges but just clear the warning by pressing ok and printer works

The printer window as it has done on all occasions before when using non hp cartridges displayed the dreaded message ‘non hp cartridges loaded’ but to my delight the printer then went on to print

Received a faulty black havent replaced other colours yet but the service received from officeworld is second to none
