Pros

Seat and footrest are also adjustable. Do miss the armrests. I teach cpl classes and needed a chair that was easy to move around but comfortable to sit on and provide back support as well.

Took me about 45 minutes to unwrap and put together. Easy assembly with six screws provided along with the allen wrench. Read instructions before assembling, then re-read.

I'm roughly 170lbs and it hasn't budged yet. The foot railing and hight are adjustbable to fit just about anybody.

Cons

The quality is terrible, and dangerously so. The footrest is hollow and was full of metal tiny shavings left over from the manufacturing process. It is easy to assemble that is because there is nothing to it.
