Pros
The seat height is fully adjustable and the seat back adjusts somewhat. The back is definitely adjustable, and the pneumatic seat works quite smoothly!
The chairs are easy to assemble, with instructions and the allen-key supplied. It sits very comfortably, and adjusts easily. The helpful people at 1-800-950-7262 (on the back of the instruction sheet) are so kind and patient.
This chair is so comfortable even for a person only 5 feet 5 inches tall. It's very well made and comfortable. Very comfy. My * likes it a lot.
Sturdy and will last this ole fat man a few years. It is so sturdy too! It seems substantial at this time.
Both the seat and back are thickly padded - and i don't need a lumbar pillow. It's super comfortable even when you're sitting at the computer for long periods.
Cons
The chair has raised sides on either side of the seat cushion. They have an unusually strong chemical smell that has not dissipated yet one day after assembly. Wheels are too loose and the chair rolls away when you try to sit in it.

Have to say that i love the chair it is well constructed sturdy and extremely comfortable
The seat back squeaks if i lean back and the base makes an even louder more hideous noise
The plastic cover piece for the back of the chair that hides where it screws on will not stay in place
Price
Price was the only thing keeping it from 5 stars
This is a great chair for the price
I ended up choose this chair with this price 109
However the price could be just a little cheaper

The chair arrived quickly and was super easy to assemble
I emailed customer service as per the included card in the box and without question another set of wheels showed up in about 10 days
A couple of weeks before i was ready to order it amazon showed they were down to 8 but more would be coming so i didnt worry
Packaging/appearance
There was a slight odor when unpacked like all furniture

The plastic piece tht covers the cushion on the back of the chair will pop off when i lean back and i have to continually put it back on
