This chair was easy enough to assemble with the included pictogram instructions
I replaced the wheels with the toolkee rollerblade office chair wheels casters which are large and roll much better
Two stars product is definitely lacking in quality and or the way it operates

The price is good however making this a good buy for a home office

Chairs comfy easily assembled arms are made of plastic but a little over an inch thick the foam in the arm rests isnt sturdy and broke down with in the week on the arm i use my mouse with

The brown leather is very nice quality but be warned if you have animals it can be very easy for their nails to puncture i had mine unfortunately ripped by one of my cats not 5 minutes after it was assembled

Three stars a good product but not a great one it operates and appears as advertised but more than one aspect of the item is undesirable
