Pros
It’s very comfy and the headrest is nice! It's so comfortable! It has a respectable amount of padding and it feels really solid and comfortable to sit in.
Hooray…everything, i. Would recommend for office use. Really refreshing to have such great customer service. Made my work from home comfortable. This chair is pretty, and i feel like a queen of my domain.
It's easy to assemble. Casters go on with a snap. The screws and parts are sealed in a bubble package and each type is clearly labelled along with the allen wrench.
Adjustable arm rest and the head rest supports my neck. Multiple adjustable points like height, back flex and head rest. For me, rocking is a helpful (& appreciated) feature when i'm getting fidgety.
The ergonomics help support my back. This helps my back, my neck, and my bum! The one drawback for me is the lack of lumbar support.
Cons
The bottom seat lacks enough padding. The arm rest was designed for a 2-4 year-old. It makes no difference if i rest my elbows on my own legs. Very poor design flaw.

The hangers on the back are useless as anything you hang on them will drag on the floor unless the item is really short
