Good quality for the price and thinking of purchasing a second for my partner. Only complaint is the chair has two sort of caps on both sides. Companies who own it for the customer's sake is rare.



Cons

Chair looks modern and ergonomic but the experience of sitting in this chair is quite contrary. The lumbar support is less than satisfactory with a piece of plastic covered with polyester with little to no cushioning.

    I find that the lumbar is a bit to hard it should be softer on the back
