I started looking for new a tactical pen to purchase a lot of reviews from other companies were less than favorable than offgrids including the previous smith wesson pen i had which i never had an issue with except early on i removed the clip and lost the clip

The second reason i purchased this pen over others aside from the huge clip was that i saw how the customer service was even on these amazon comments

A sentiment later confirmed by receiving this pen in person i got a card stating that if i have any problems with the pen to contact offgrid directly

Only issue was a couple ink inserts leaked out of the 3 pens i bought but it wasnt due to the pen itself
