Pros

It has two layers of rubber padding for the handle bar mount. It will work with a tapered bar either inboard or outboard. Flashlight grip end is very strong.

Grips a small flashlight firmly, but requires a little fiddling to get it in and out. It holds both very securely. Holds lights quite steady without any risk of loosening.

Cons

It constantly falls to illuminate my tires, no matter how tight i make it. Having to fix it is annoying and unsafe - the whole point of having a light is that i can keep my eyes on the road without having to get distracted by anything, such as fixing ... Read More
