We had that unlucky steak with things breaking and i was really depressed already looking to replace our maytag washer until i found an online video showing how easy it was to replace this pump

Probably 25 minutes of effort because i’m not that mechanically inclined and less than 30 for this item later and our 800 front loading washer has been good as new
