Pros
It's expensive but for me it's worth every penny. It lasts a long time. I have a he front-loader and it took a while to get the dose right. It's difficult to understand why people are having difficulty using it.
Cons
Clothes still smell like sulfur and when i took the laundry out of the washer, i found the powdered additive in hard chunks at the bottom of thewasher. Didn't like it at all.

Ran into issues with it not dissolving when i moved and changed washing machines

If the smell doesnt come out with one scoop i use two and soak the load in it for about an hour prior to agitating the washing machine

Think ground up rocks that need to be agitated to dissolve then add the detergent then the clothes bedding whatever stinks and run the machine as usual

Per a tip from another website i hung the smelly clothing outdoors for 24 hours before laundering

I then laundered them with tide unscented liquid laundry detergent enough for a medium load in my he front loader plus one scoop of the odorklenz laundry additive powder

If you cant hang things outside try using the presoak method before laundering
