Thing worked very well but when it was time to leave and get back on the plan i tried to remove the vent from mask and it was difficult and i ended up breaking one of the plastic clips that keep it in place

I got an order from them and then when it was incorrect i sent them 4 emails to ask for help in getting the right sizes and never heard back
