Easy to work with and no hassle. The only downfall i had with this product is the tightening buckle. Secondly they deliver a pump almost immediately.

Cons
There was moderate tension on the bands, with the loose end secured in the elastic band, and the buckle flush. The clasp is too difficult to manipulate with only one hand. You have to tighten the straps in order for them to work for bfr training.
The bands come in only one length, 21 inches. My arms are just under 12 inches circumference. After doing about 10 workouts with them, the elastic bands are completely deformed.

After some research and unfortunately first hand experience i learned this is not the equipment for me

These are my h easier to get on but they are harder to get right enough and seem to loosen as you work out

They definitely do restrict blood flow but nowhere near as well as the inflatables
