To combat the screen fatigue i got these blue light blockers and have been using them

Because they are as light weight as they are they do seem fragile but if your using these in the office then is shouldn’t be a problem

I have seen recently how the brightness of my screen at work really bothered my eyes

It also helps a lot if you wear them a couple hour before going to bed especially if you are watching tv or looking at your phone
