This was confirmed when i had to take the damn phone out again to get the simcard i hadnt synchronised it on my old phone before swapping and it was similar to trying to get out of my wetsuit

This is an excellent case well made sturdy in which my phone fits well without pressing against the screen protector that i also fitted
