Pros
Using this product for my back pain caused by me sciatica. The lumbar support works well. The backrest gives me support for the full length of my spine without poking me in the kidneys.
Cons
Only 12 inch across. While it does give firmer support throughout the whole back area, there isn't any lumbar support, making this product pretty useless to me.

Not really portable as it is too bulky and heavy which is too bad
