Im happy with this book because i was able to benefit from reading through cases and understanding the linearity in management but i dont think its worth the money

The idea behind the book is that it gives you a working understanding of obgyn that you need for general practice but if youve done a solid core obgyn rotation in medical school or in an externship there shouldnt be anything on step 3 that you havent seen before
