Pros

Obi202 enables the landline with google voice. Allows us to keep our home (landline) service for free. On your wifi router, add your obi202 to the top of the qos list. Love the voice mail to transcript email'ed to us also.

Cons

Obihai has a known faulty server that has not been working properly for over four months and it will not allow you to register your device. It only lets you try again or cancel, and it never actually registers the device.

Obi 202 has poor health despite fiber optic to our house and solid lan connection. The web base console to control a large number of these devices is more setup for advertisements than actual management.

Customer service takes a week to reply to support tickets and is completely useless. Sent multiple support requests, left to twist in the wind. What spurred this review is they literally just responded to my support ticket.
