Cons

Multiple posts on the support forums about this recurring time and time again. Completely zero response. After a year has passed, you have to resort to forums.

The obi only rings when it is plugged into the obi directly. This defeats the purpose of the obi ringing all the house phones! No dial tone.

If phonepower isn't a sinking ship they really need to pull it together. Have to reboot the device often. If there is any lightening anywhere near your house this thing is going to be fried.

I have mostly appreciated the many options of google voice i have discovered since my obi200 purchase

Ive been using obihai voip appliances for 10 years while living overseas and they amazing

I watched utube videos on setting it up but still it got confusing as i struggled to get it to connect

I switched over to google voice with this obi200 hardware may 2016
