Pros

This allows for smooth use of the setup while photographing moving subjects such as birds taking off or landing. Arca swiss plate is twice as secure as other ones due to two screws especially for those monster 600 f/4 lens.

Head itself seems to be of heavy duty construction. Vertical and horizontal rotation works very smoothly. Very silky movement yet sturdy. I'm very happy with its quality and workmanship.

Cons

The horizontal seems fine, but with the vertical is quite catchy making this unusable for the purpose it was intended. I have a cheaper gimbal that does better vertically, but it has a horizontal issue. Disassembled unit and found very little grease.
