Pros & Cons
Pros
It's about 1/8 thick and the frame is designed to prevent the panel from sinking in upon snapping into place. Well made. It's not really noticeable either.
Oatey makes the best plumbing supplies out there – in my opinion. They are paintable but you have to be careful that you don't scratch the paint off. They look professional and still allow access to the plumbing if needed.
Easy to install. Easy to mount. Took paint well, easy install, easy to remove & replace.
Cons
Flimsy plastic. No mounting *.
