It suppose to act as an added protection but instead it randomly cause the circuit breaker to cut the current on my main switchboard. Only lasted 2 months.

The connection cable is stiffened stranded wire

The cable needs to be dressed exactly in order to ensure the rather cheap strain relief clip is properly placed

Note that the cable grommet and gasket also must be accurately placed

Traced the issue to the gfci plug so order this as a replacement

As it turned out i didnt need it because that was not my problem so i returned it got a prompted refund
