This is so good on salads, roasted veggies, bruschetta, etc. Great results with sheet pan chicken. I sprinkle some smoked paprika on a tortilla and bake it until it's crispy.

It has a nice pear sweet flavor to it. Love the subtle apricot flavor as well. Really adds flavor.

The label is totally disintegrated from the acid. The taste is sour and almost artificial. Not unlike a light apple cider vinegar. The cork stopper was dried out and broke into pieces upon opening.
