Im a 4648 chest and the xl says for up to 48 but this felt a little loose if anything

For other sizes google oneill size chart make sure you are looking at the nylon vest sizes 3xl is 5356 2xl is 4952 xlarge is 4548 large is 4144 medium is 3740 small is 3336 xs is 2932this is a type iii pfd

There are claims that nylon is scratchy

This pfd although not cottony soft is completely acceptable and i dont think it is at all scratchy
