My 16-lb. Daughter is 26 inches 19lbs and this fits her perfectly. Fits my 22pound, 33 inch, 18 month old perfectly.
The material on the outer layer is not rough or abrasive. It is bulky in the front but it's good for a child all day. Exceeds my expectations.
Baby just floats all chill on the lake. Bottom strap tightly secures her from slipping down.
Life jacket for a nearing 1-year-old. Product includes the uscg info that this vest is a type ii pfd. It matches my sons rash guard suit perfect!

The stohlquist vest though good quality had a very small neck opening and the zipper came up higherit was just too restrictive

We had absolutely no intent on him getting into the water it was merely for safety while sitting with one of us
