Pros
Very snug and keeps him warm. Keeps him from shivering mid way through his swim lessons. My toddler comes out of the pool and does not shiver anymore.
This one is much thicker material and the quality is visibly high. The color, navy and lime, is just as pictured.
It fits perfectly and he loves wearing it. It fits well and is nice and slim which our daughter needed.
Good buy for anyone looking for a bodysuit to block the sun. For the speedo suit, its thinner which is not necessarily bad. I have an o'neill shortie myself for wakeboarding, and would say this suit is just as well built as the adult version.
Cons
This wetsuit as a horrible skunk-like odor. I am also disappointed that i can't seem to contact the seller other than by writing a review.

The lower part of the suit is shorter than shown on the picture i was expecting that it would reach a few inches above her knees but it barely covers her thighs

The size 3 let all the water out of the sleeves and legs whenever he moved so it just wasnt going to keep him warm

However with wetsuits you want them to be snug to not let cold water in

She falls on the upper end of size 3 and the very low end of size 4
