Though i knew a little about fitbits and what they could do i was pleasantly surprised to know that with a touch of a button i could see my own heart rate and so much more something i hadnt originally intended to have within the fitbit i looked at

Overall this is a really good product it connects with your phone through bluetooth and sync automatically on the apps
