Pros
Nylabone and kong brands are the only chew toys that my shephard lab mix does not destroy within 15 minutes. It's not too tough that i worry about my dogs breaking their teeth. It keeps him occupied for at least 30 mins or more.
It has great durability! It's very durable & a bit harder than most. These hold up and are cheaper than competitor with same level of durability.
Cons
It is not durable for heavy chewers. They naturally want to chew it up to get to the food, but that means they can end up ingesting pieces of rubber with that food. It makes sense to me that he might have ingested at least some of this toy.
