Pros
At 5'8 these are perfection. The secret is to wear tight tops to offset the wider bottom. I always have to have them shortened but they are worth this expense.
it is so refreshing to find jeans that aren't high waters.
These are unbelievably comfortable jeans. They are the best fitting jeans i own. They keep their shape, have no gaping waste and, most importantly, come in long length which is so hard to find these days.
Cons

And because i liked them so much i also bought a pair of nydj velveteen trousers
I comfortably wear a 10 in gap jeans for anyones reference
These were more than 1 shorter than the current design of the same model
For reference i am a little over 58 165lbs 44hips 34 waist and 32 inseam
