Pros

The over combined conventional heating, and convection heating and infrared. I often use the probe as this takes the guesswork out of knowing when foods are done. The only downfall is the grill on the bottom.

The power head is more manageable than previous versions. I occasionally got burn lifting the power head and dome while cooking.

This is my second nuwave oven(upgraded). The primo is a major improvement over the earlier nuwave oven. The 1/3' rack is a little too large but can work if placed in the oven so one leg is resting on the grill plate.

Cons

Nuwave says it is out of manufacturing and will not honor the warranty. Older nuwave last 7 years, newer ones are junk now. Don't tease yourself.

The nonstick coating in the base of the unit peels. Not soaking it. Not using abrasive cleaners or scouring sponges. When food is placed in nuwave (after reheating) it resorts to preheat and burns food.

Multiple calls to nuwave and on hold for eternity. This sort of thing needs to be fixed. It's not in the troubleshooting guide. The complaint is product support failure.
