No soapy feeling after the shower i change the filter as recommended smells like lemonscitrus it does keep the hard water out of the toilets hot water heaterwashing machine and sink faucets

I worked on water softeners in my early career so i wasam fully aware of various levels of hard water other water issues and what they do

Plus there is the salt factor for which there wereare some issues i amwas aware of and some for which i was newly educated such as cost of processing it out of the waste water as well as many communities discouraging the use of salt based water softeners today because of this
