Pros
Great taste on this shipment. Comes in bite sizes pieces and a re-sealable bag. Quality and freshness are superb. It lasts a long time so price is very good.
The 3 pound bag is flavorful. They still tase fine i just rinse the sugar off first. They are *definitely* spicy.
Sometimes ginger can be fibrous and stringy, this isn't so far. Not too soft, they have the right amount of chewy-ness for my liking.
Cons
These are thin sliced ginger. The package that came says crystalized ginger chunks. This time they are chunks of ginger and larger than i need.
