Skin and mood 100%. Through the roof. I take 1 tablet daily before i sleep and found it to be effective. Why don’t the doctors know about this and start recommending this?
Great product. The seller is very good. These do the job perfectly and are very reasonably priced.
Good probiotics for women without unhelpful additives. These probiotics are incredible. They stop my stomach bubbling up and getting windy.
Cons
I am of slim build and all it has done for me is bloat me. Whoever is responsible for formulating this supplement should be ashamed of themselves. It's a better attempt than resorting to buying this hideous stuff.

I had so many courses of antibiotics within a year that i was getting worried about the long term effects

I started taking 2 of these at lunch times every day but after a week or so i was getting a painful bloated stomach for a couple of hours in the afternoon
