Pros

I have a problem with swallowing pills that are huge. If i can get away with swallowing only one capsule versus three of my other brand, that is a no brainer.

How does this new (new for me, at least) version of pb 8 differ from those above two versions? To recap, you have the following nutrition now pb 8 probiotics. Just purchased more - the two-count bottles in blue - i love this probiotic!

Cons

Tried for 5 weeks and found no difference in digestive health. Maybe worse.
