Taste is fine, just a little tart/sour think the coating on kids sour candy. It mixes in fine and doesn't seem to have any negative effects.

    The product has 256 servings and each of those servings is 350mg and the instructions say use one scoop — but one was not included and doing the conversion is just annoying when the manufacturer should have simply included a bloody scoop.
