I wish someone told me about this in high school and while a nonstudent in college and law school since i was forbidden to take ritalin and adderall and forced to say that i would never take those medications on account of my other condition

I would never take adderall xr at such a high dose again because it gave me migraines and wouldn’t allow me to get good sleep

You can take adderall ir every 4 hours to allow it to wear off when you need to in order to sleep
