Hard work equals results. This stuff is rancid but effective af. The price for the product amount is spot on equaling great value! Nicely packaged and a great value.
Tastes like battery acid but it makes your workout better.
For people with stomach/intestine issues crones, ibs etc. This product works great and as it is the ethyl ester will be suitable for anyone- even those with stomach issues. No pain no gain. Get ready to progress/gag.

But lt’s just say my patooter has been working overtime, and i’m switching back to reg old creatine monohydrate.

I used it multiple ways added to postpre workout drank by itself added to gatorade all tasted terrible

Its highly soluble so just put it in small volume of juice no need to drink a full glass of it
