Pros

Citrulline malate, beta alanine, l-tyrosine and l-theanine are some of the key ingredients. The focus, endurance is great and enough caffeine to get a great workout without being too much.

This preworkout is on par with some of the significantly more expensive brands out there. I have high stim preworkouts that i take most days but this is the best of the best for a solid, mid-level prework out. Tldr; good budget pre.

Cost is incredibly good. Value for the price is unmatched. The negative reviews are unfortunately the other companies hating.

Cons

There's something irregular in the drink. It's either pixie dust or not in there at all. The grape flavor is very faint as well.

I have taken many pre workouts, this one feels very defective. It's difficult to workout if you have the runs.

You feel the beta alanine tingles but the pump is non existent. My head feels so dizzy i am nauseous and super tired.
