Pros

My workout usually ranges from 14-16 sets of similar intensity. My cooldown with some pushups and dynamic stretching, followed by a nice session in the bathroom trying not to throw up. This is really high stim for me as of late.

Cons

The taste is probably the worst of any preworkout i’ve ever tried, but i could get past that for the price if it didn’t feel like i was going to die every time i tried to take it lol. Causes nausea, stomach ache, headache even with drinking water.
